It is not possible to list all the ashrams and temples, but I hope that the list I made will be at least helpful.

Hermits who worship Nagas are referred to as Naga Babas (Naga Sadhus). Naga Sadhus wear metals, rudraksha beads and have bodies smeared with ashes.

Bangladesh

Goila Manasha Temple in Agoiljhara Upazila, Barisal district; Barisal District is in Bangladesh.

Bhutan

Jomolhari Temple is near Mount Jomolhari (about 7,000 m above the sea level), which lies on the Bhutan-Tibet border. The mountain is sacred to the Buddhists; several other sacred sites sit on the Mount Jomolhari's back including meditation caves. Jomolhari Temple (wedged into the rocks of this mountain, but on the Bhutanese side) is one of the few temples in the world situated in an altitude of more than 4,000 meters above the sea level.

Cambodia

Angkor Wat is the largest Hindu temple complex and the largest religious monument in the world. King Suryavarman II built it in the early 12th century in Yasodharapura, the capital of the Khmer Empire, as his state temple. Angkor Wat has a certain connection to 64 Yoginis.

The Kamakhya Temple is one of the famous Shakta Temples of India and regarded as one of the main centers of Tantricism - www.kamakhyatemple.org. It is situated at the top of the Nilachal Hill about 800 feet above the sea level in Assam.

Kalighat in Calcutta (Kolkata), is an important pilgrimage place for people who are interested in the marvels of Kali and Tantra.

Shiva

A Jyotirlinga is a shrine where Lord Shiva is worshipped in the form of a "Lingam (pillar) of light." There are twelve traditional Jyotirlinga shrines in India.

Mahakalaswar Temple in Ujjain (a very ancient temple). Ujjain is an ancient city of the Malwa region in central India, Madhya Pradesh.

Manasa Devi

Mansa Devi is one of the forms of Durga Mata.

In 'Pindi' form (Manasa) she is worshipped with Devi Saraswati and Lakshmi in the form of Pindi. Originally the pindis were only worshipped by the devotees.

Mansa Devi Mandir (Bharatpur, Rajasthan).

Mata Mansa Devi Temple in Panchkula is a symbol of the Himalayan culture and faith.
The shrine has one Dharamshala consisting of 30 rooms and one hall. The rooms are available free of charge. Maharaja Gopal Singh of Manimajra constructed the present main temple of Shri Mansa Devi, which is situated on the Shivalik foothills in the village Bilaspur, Tehsil, in the Panchkula district in Haryana, India.

Ma Manasa Mandir, Asram Of Sadananda Brombhachari, Temple Of Shiva. Dubrajpur is a town and a municipality in Suri Sadar subdivision of the Birbhum District in the Indian state of West Bengal.

Mansa Mata Temple in Sabathu in Himachal Pradesh. Sabathu is a town in the Solan district in the Indian state of Himachal Pradesh.

Maa Mansha Devi Temple in Kharagpur, a city located in Midnapore in the Indian state of West Bengal.

Shri Mansa Mata Temple in Arki in Himachal Pradesh. Arki is a town in the Solan district in the state of Himachal Pradesh, India. The town is notable for its fort built in late 18th century when Arki was the capital of the erstwhile state of Baghal.

Manasha Temple in Sualkuchi, a town in the Kamrup district in the Indian state of Assam.

Mansa Devi Temple in Dhuri is situated near the village Kakarwal in Punjab. Dhuri is a city in the Sangrur District in the state of Punjab, India.

Mansa Devi Mandir in Hadiabad, a historic sub-town in the city of Phagwara in Punjab.

Mansa Devi Temple in Nowgong in Madhya Pradesh. Nowgong is a town in the Chhatarpur district in Madhya Pradesh. The town was an important center during the British rule.

The Mansa Devi Temple in Meerut is located 5 km away from Suraj Kund on the Garh Road in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh.

Ma Mansa Devi Ka Mandir, Chature Ki Garhi, Ambah. Ambah is a city and a municipality in the Morena district in the state of Madhya Pradesh, India.

Manasa Temple in Howrah. Howrah is an industrial city, a municipal corporation in the Howrah district, West Bengal, India. People believe that Chand Sadagar built this temple.

Manisha Tala Kali Temple in Konnagar, a city in West Bengal in the Hooghly District.

Asha Manisha Mata temple in Daryapur, a city and a municipal council in Amravati district in the state of Maharashtra, India.

Mansa Mata Temple on the Hills of Keshwana Rajput in Rajasthan (Jaipur).

Mata Mansa Devi Shiv Mandir Thakur Dawara Mandir Ballana Temple in Haryana. Ballana is a village in Haryana.

Manasa Temple Malda in Balarampur (city) in Uttar Pradesh.

Maa Mansa Temple in Naihati in West Bengal. Naihati is a town and an important railway junction station.

Manasa Devi Temple in Pandaveswar. This temple is at Bagdi Para. Banka Bihari Bagdi established this temple. It is well known in its surroundings. Pandaveswar is an administrative division in the Durgapur subdivision of the Bardhaman district in the Indian state of West Bengal.

Om Mansa Devi Dham Nirala Temple in the Surat District, Gujarat.

Mansa Devi Mandir at Jai Prakash Road Versova Road, Manori, Andheri West, Mumbai, in the Indian state Maharashtra.

Mansa Devi Temple, situated 24 km from Parwanoo, is one of the famous religious centers of the region. The temple constructed Maharaja Gopal Singh, the King of Manimajra within a period of five years (1811-1815).

Shri Mansa Mata Mandir Hasampur is in the Sikar district of Rajasthan. This is one of the prominent Shakti temples of North India. The temple is situated on the Hasampur foothills in the village Hasampur.

Mansa Devi Mandir (Raebareli) in Uttar Pradesh is a holy place.

Basudebpur Devi Manasa Mandir in Patrasayer; Patrasayer is an administrative division in Bishnupur subdivision of the Bankura district in the Indian state of West Bengal. Bishnupur in Bankura district of West Bengal is another place where you may see concentration of tantric powers emanating from the intent to worship Goddess Manasa.

Maa Mansa Temple in Babroli in Haryana; this is a very old temple. People come here from very far places to get the blessings of Maa Mansa Devi.

Goddess Manasa Temple in Khedaitala.

Indrasani Mansa Devi Temple, Rudraprayag. Indrasani Mansa Devi Temple is a famous religious site located in the Kandali Patti village. According to the Puranas, this is an ancient temple built during the age of Adi Shankaracharya. Rudraprayag is a town and a municipality in the Rudraprayag district in the Indian state of Uttarakhand.

Maa Mansa Devi temple in the Indian state of Orissa (Raurkela Civil Township). This is a small temple.

Manasa Tala is a temple dedicated to Goddess Manasa; it is situated in Egra (in the Purba Medinipur district) in the state of West Bengal, India.

Mansa Devi Temple, Haridwar, is a spectacular Hindu temple dedicated to Goddess Manasa Devi in the holy city of Haridwar in the Uttarakhand state of India. Haridwar is an important pilgrimage city in Uttarakhand, India.

Chandigarh Mansa Devi Temple is situated in Chandigarh, a city and union territory in India that serves as the capital of two Indian states, Haryana and Punjab. The name Chandigarh can be translated as "The Fort of Chandi". It is derived from an ancient temple called Chandi Mandir, which was devoted to the Hindu Goddess Chandi.

Other Temples

Sankaracharya Temple, also known as the Jyesteswara Temple, sits on top of the hill Takht-i-Sulaiman, or "Throne of Solomon" near Srinagar in Jammu and Kashmir. The temple is known for its inscriptions on the stairs leading to the shrine. Some people refer to these inscriptions as a proof that Jesus visited the temple (Holger Kersten wrote a book about this: Jesus Lived In India).

Temple of Tungnath - the Chandrashila Peak (Moon Mountain, 3,679 m) is a rock face positioned above the temple of Tungnath. Climbing the peak will reward visitors with the most spectacular view of the Himalayas, especially with the view of Nanda Devi and Trisul. The (Shiva) temple here is one of the highest situated of all the temples in the Himalayas. It belongs to one of the five most sacred places of the Shaivite (dedicated to Lord Shiva) branch of Sanatana Dharma.

Arunachala (800 m) is the holy hill at Thiruvannamalai in Tamil Nadu with a holy temple.

The Katak Chandi Temple is an ancient temple dedicated to Goddess Chandi (Orissa). The temple is located near the banks of the Mahanadi River.

Chaunsath Yogini temples - two notable Yogini temples in Madhya Pradesh are the 9th century Chaunsath Yogini temple to the southwest of the western group of temples in Khajuraho, near Chhatarpur in the Chhatarpur District, and the 10th century Chaunsath Yogini mandir in Bhedaghat in the Jabalpur district. The 64 Yogini temple in Khajuraho is a ruined temple. Khajuraho is a town in the Indian state of Madhya Pradesh. The other 64 Yogini temple (all these temples are without roof) is near Hirapur in Orissa (a state of India located on the south east coast of India) in the Khordha district. To summarize this, there are four well-known temples dedicated to the Chaunsath Yogini: the Chaunsath Yogini Temple at Hirapur, the Chaunsath Yogini Pitha at Ranipur-Jharial, the Chaunsath Yogini Sanctuary at Khajuraho and the Chaunsath Yogini Mandir of Bheraghat.

Arulmigu Sannasimalai Andavar Temple - Cheng, Malacca; this temple has its origins in a mysterious 'jeeva samadhi' (spiritual tomb).

Panching Sivan Temple (Charas Cave) - Kuantan, Pahang. The Charas cave is the abode of a magical Sivalingam.

Sri Poyyatha Vinayagar Moorthi Temple, Malacca, is a very old Hindu temple in Malaysia; it was built about the year 1700.

Sri Veeramuthu Mahakali (Kungumangi) - Ipoh, Perak - is the abode of Supreme Goddess.

Sri Maha Mariamman Alayam (Old Klang Road), Kuala Lumpur.

Sri Pathra Kaliamman Temple (Pulau Pangkor), Perak, hides fantastic and unique treasures.

Vietnam

Mariamman Hindu Temple is a Hindu temple in the Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon). More info about the Goddess Karumariamman is here.

Ashrams (and some temples too)

An ashram is a holy sanctuary. Hindu gurus live here and devotees come here to stay and meditate with them. Some ashrams are expensive. However, there are also ashrams that only ask for a donation. Many ashrams are in Rishikesh and they only ask for donations of a few 100 Rs.

Vadarevu Ashram is located on the east coast of India along the Bay of Bengal in the state of Andhra Pradesh. The ashram has temples for Vallabha Ganapati, Adi Parashakti, Dandapani, Shiva, and Rama.

Tureya is a small ashram in Tamil Nadu.

Siddha Yoga Ashram is located in the Tansa Valley of Maharashtra, India. It is a spiritual retreat site.

Swami Dayananda Ashram is located on the banks of the Ganges.

Parmarth Niketan's Ashram has a beautiful and serene atmosphere.

Sri Ved Niketan Ashram in Rishikesh in Uttarakhand is the International Vishwaguru Meditation and Yoga Institute.

Yoga Niketan Ashram also offers classes on meditation.

Sabarmati Ashram is situated in Ahmedabad at the Kocharab Bungalow. Gandhi stayed here. Ahmedabad is the largest city and the former capital of the Indian state of Gujarat.

Sri Aurobindo Ashram in Pondicherry, a small coastal town some 160 km south of Chennai in South India.

Sri Ramana Maharishi Ashram at Tiruvanamalai.

Osho Ashram in Pune.

Ananda Ashram in Monroe, New York, is a yoga retreat center about one hour by car from New York City, USA.

Shri Prem Nagar Ashram is the premier ashram established by Shri Hans Ji Maharaj. It is situated on the banks of the Ganges in Haridwar.

Sacha Dham is the ashram of Sri Hans Raj, Maharajji, the Guru of ShantiMayi. It is situated in Laxman Jhulla, a small village near Rishikesh in India.

Hari Mandir Ashram in Pataudi lies on the outskirts of New Delhi.
